Official Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period: 13 September 2026 – 25 September 2026
Entry Deadline: 25 September 2026 at 20:00 ICT
Winner Announcement: 26 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the VE/LA Singapore Giveaway (“Giveaway”) organised by VE/LA, a brand of The Apostofi Group (“VE/LA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By entering the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

• are Thai passport holders;
• are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;
• are currently based in Bangkok, Thailand; and
• have a public Instagram account.

Employees of VE/LA, The Apostofi Group, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the organisation or administration of this Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

VE/LA reserves the right to verify a winner’s eligibility and request reasonable documentation for this purpose.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow @velabkk on Instagram; and
2. Comment on the Giveaway post stating who they would bring as their plus one.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments or entries from the same person will not increase their chances of being selected.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, submitted after the closing time, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

3. Entry Period

Entries open when the Giveaway post is published and close at 20:00 ICT on 25 September 2026.

Any entry submitted after the closing time will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by VE/LA at its discretion from eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted by direct message from @velabkk by 10:00 ICT on 26 September 2026.

The winner must respond within 2 days of being contacted. If we are unable to reach the winner within this period, if the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or if the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, VE/LA reserves the right to select another winner.

5. The Prize

The winner will receive a Singapore experience for themselves and one guest, consisting of:

• Two return flights from Bangkok to Singapore, one for the winner and one for their guest;
• Up to 8 drinks and 4 snacks from VE/LA Changi Airport during the trip; and
• One set of VE/LA at Home products for the winner to enjoy during their stay.

Travel dates are flexible between 1 and 15 October 2026, subject to flight availability.

The prize does not include accommodation, travel to or from Bangkok airport, travel within Singapore, meals other than those expressly included above, travel insurance, passport or visa-related costs, personal expenses, or any other expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.

6. Flights & Travel

Flights are subject to availability and applicable airline terms and conditions.

The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid travel documents and meet all applicable entry, immigration and travel requirements for Singapore.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable documentation to VE/LA or its appointed travel provider to arrange the flights.

VE/LA is not responsible for any loss, delay, cancellation or additional expense arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including airline disruption, changes to travel requirements, weather, natural events or other force majeure events.

If travel cannot reasonably take place during the stated travel period, VE/LA may, at its discretion, offer alternative arrangements or an alternative prize of comparable value.

7. The Guest

The winner may nominate one guest to accompany them.

The guest must be legally permitted to travel to Singapore and satisfy all applicable airline, immigration and entry requirements.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that their guest is available and able to travel during the agreed travel dates.

VE/LA may require reasonable identification or travel documentation from both the winner and guest for the purpose of arranging the prize.

8. Participant Content

As part of the Giveaway experience, VE/LA will ask the winner to share content from their trip on their social media.

There is no strict content brief, minimum number of posts, posting format, or posting quota. The winner is free to share the experience in their own way, and VE/LA does not require specific messaging, captions or creative direction.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to make a genuine effort to share their experience during the trip.

Any content shared remains the responsibility of the winner and must comply with applicable laws and the rules and policies of the relevant social media platform.

9. Official Communications & Scam Prevention

For your safety, VE/LA will never ask you for payment, bank details, credit card information, passwords, verification codes, or any other payment or account credentials in connection with this Giveaway.

VE/LA will only contact the winner through the following official channels:

1. Instagram: @velabkk
2. LINE Official Account: @velabkk
3. Email: verified email addresses using the @apostofi.com domain

Please be cautious of accounts, messages, websites or individuals claiming to represent VE/LA or this Giveaway through any other channel.

If someone contacts you claiming that you have won and asks for payment, banking information, passwords, verification codes or other sensitive information, do not respond.

VE/LA is not responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising from communications, scams, impersonation or fraudulent activity conducted by unauthorised third parties.

10. Instagram

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, each participant releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to this Giveaway.

11. Personal Information

VE/LA may collect and process personal information from the winner and their guest where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, contact them and arrange the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and VE/LA’s Privacy Policy.

VE/LA will not request passwords, payment card details or account credentials as part of this Giveaway.

12. Changes, Cancellation & Disqualification

VE/LA reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway, or amend these Terms & Conditions, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or where required to comply with applicable law.

VE/LA may disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, submits fraudulent or misleading information, or otherwise acts in a manner that may unfairly affect the Giveaway.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VE/LA will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay or expense incurred by a participant or winner in connection with entering the Giveaway or accepting or using the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Any matters not expressly covered by these Terms & Conditions will be determined by VE/LA in accordance with applicable law.

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ใช้บังคับกับกิจกรรม VE/LA Singapore Giveaway (“กิจกรรม”) ซึ่งจัดโดย VE/LA แบรนด์ภายใต้ The Apostofi Group (“VE/LA”, “เรา” หรือ “ของเรา”)

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้แล้ว

1. คุณสมบัติผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

กิจกรรมนี้เปิดให้บุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติดังต่อไปนี้เข้าร่วม:

• เป็นผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางไทย
• มีอายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป ณ วันที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
• พำนักหรืออาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย
• มีบัญชี Instagram ที่ตั้งค่าเป็นสาธารณะ (Public)

พนักงานของ VE/LA, The Apostofi Group, สมาชิกครอบครัวโดยตรงของพนักงานดังกล่าว รวมถึงบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับการจัดหรือดำเนินกิจกรรมนี้ ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

VE/LA ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติของผู้ได้รับรางวัล และอาจขอเอกสารที่จำเป็นเพื่อยืนยันคุณสมบัติดังกล่าว

2. วิธีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องดำเนินการดังต่อไปนี้:

1. กดติดตาม @velabkk บน Instagram และ
2. แสดงความคิดเห็นใต้โพสต์กิจกรรม โดยระบุว่าท่านต้องการพาใครไปเป็นผู้ร่วมเดินทาง

จำกัดการเข้าร่วม 1 สิทธิ์ต่อ 1 คน การแสดงความคิดเห็นหรือส่งเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหลายครั้งจะไม่เพิ่มโอกาสในการได้รับรางวัล

ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายหรือการซื้อสินค้าใด ๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหรือรับรางวัล

VE/LA ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสิทธิ์รายการเข้าร่วมที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ เป็นการส่งโดยระบบอัตโนมัติ เป็นการทุจริต ส่งหลังจากหมดเขต หรือไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้

3. ระยะเวลาการเข้าร่วม

เปิดรับการเข้าร่วมตั้งแต่เวลาที่โพสต์กิจกรรมเผยแพร่จนถึงเวลา 20:00 น. (ICT) ของวันที่ 25 กันยายน 2569

รายการเข้าร่วมที่ส่งหลังจากเวลาปิดรับจะไม่มีสิทธิ์ได้รับการพิจารณา

4. การคัดเลือกผู้ได้รับรางวัล

VE/LA จะเป็นผู้คัดเลือกผู้ได้รับรางวัลจำนวน 1 คน จากผู้เข้าร่วมที่มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข โดยพิจารณาตามดุลยพินิจของ VE/LA

VE/LA จะติดต่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลผ่าน Direct Message จากบัญชี @velabkk ภายในเวลา 10:00 น. (ICT) ของวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2569

ผู้ได้รับรางวัลต้องตอบกลับภายใน 2 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับการติดต่อ หากไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลได้ภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าว ผู้ได้รับรางวัลไม่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด หรือไม่สามารถหรือไม่ประสงค์จะรับรางวัล VE/LA ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคัดเลือกผู้ได้รับรางวัลรายใหม่

5. รายละเอียดของรางวัล

ผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะได้รับประสบการณ์เดินทางไปสิงคโปร์สำหรับตนเองและผู้ร่วมเดินทาง 1 คน ประกอบด้วย:

• ตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ กรุงเทพฯ – สิงคโปร์ จำนวน 2 ที่นั่ง สำหรับผู้ได้รับรางวัลและผู้ร่วมเดินทาง
• เครื่องดื่มจาก VE/LA Changi Airport สูงสุด 8 แก้ว และขนม 4 รายการ ตลอดการเดินทาง
• ชุดผลิตภัณฑ์ VE/LA at Home จำนวน 1 ชุด สำหรับผู้ได้รับรางวัล

สามารถเลือกวันเดินทางได้ระหว่างวันที่ 1–15 ตุลาคม 2569 ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของเที่ยวบิน

รางวัลไม่รวมค่าที่พัก ค่าเดินทางไปหรือกลับจากสนามบินในกรุงเทพฯ ค่าเดินทางภายในประเทศสิงคโปร์ ค่าอาหารอื่น ๆ นอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้ในรางวัล ค่าประกันการเดินทาง ค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับหนังสือเดินทางหรือวีซ่า ค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัว หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้อย่างชัดเจนว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของรางวัล

รางวัลไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ แลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นรางวัลอื่นได้

6. เที่ยวบินและการเดินทาง

เที่ยวบินเป็นไปตามจำนวนที่นั่งว่างและข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของสายการบินที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผู้ได้รับรางวัลและผู้ร่วมเดินทางมีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบและรับผิดชอบให้ตนเองมีเอกสารการเดินทางที่ถูกต้อง และมีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านการเดินทาง การเข้าเมือง และการเดินทางเข้าสู่ประเทศสิงคโปร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด

VE/LA หรือผู้ให้บริการด้านการเดินทางที่ได้รับมอบหมายอาจขอเอกสารที่จำเป็นจากผู้ได้รับรางวัลเพื่อดำเนินการจัดเตรียมการเดินทาง

VE/LA จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความสูญเสีย ความล่าช้า การยกเลิก หรือค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมที่เกิดจากเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมโดยสมเหตุสมผลของ VE/LA รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือการหยุดชะงักของเที่ยวบิน การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดด้านการเดินทาง สภาพอากาศ ภัยธรรมชาติ หรือเหตุสุดวิสัยอื่น ๆ

หากไม่สามารถเดินทางได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดด้วยเหตุผลที่สมควร VE/LA อาจพิจารณาจัดเตรียมทางเลือกอื่นหรือมอบรางวัลอื่นที่มีมูลค่าใกล้เคียงกันตามดุลยพินิจของ VE/LA

7. ผู้ร่วมเดินทาง

ผู้ได้รับรางวัลสามารถเสนอชื่อผู้ร่วมเดินทางจำนวน 1 คน

ผู้ร่วมเดินทางต้องสามารถเดินทางไปยังประเทศสิงคโปร์ได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย และต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดของสายการบิน การตรวจคนเข้าเมือง และข้อกำหนดการเดินทางที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด

ผู้ได้รับรางวัลมีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผู้ร่วมเดินทางสามารถเดินทางได้ตามวันที่ตกลงกัน

VE/LA อาจขอเอกสารแสดงตัวตนหรือเอกสารการเดินทางที่จำเป็นจากทั้งผู้ได้รับรางวัลและผู้ร่วมเดินทางเพื่อดำเนินการจัดเตรียมรางวัล

8. การเผยแพร่เนื้อหา

ในการร่วมประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้ VE/LA จะขอให้ผู้ได้รับรางวัลเผยแพร่เนื้อหาจากการเดินทางผ่านโซเชียลมีเดียของตนเอง

ไม่มีข้อกำหนดที่เข้มงวดเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบเนื้อหา จำนวนโพสต์ ขั้นต่ำ รูปแบบการโพสต์ หรือจำนวนโพสต์ที่ต้องเผยแพร่ ผู้ได้รับรางวัลสามารถแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ในรูปแบบของตนเองได้ โดย VE/LA จะไม่กำหนดข้อความ แคปชั่น หรือแนวทางสร้างสรรค์ที่ผู้ได้รับรางวัลต้องปฏิบัติตาม

การรับรางวัลถือว่าผู้ได้รับรางวัลตกลงที่จะร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์จากการเดินทางตามสมควร

เนื้อหาที่ผู้ได้รับรางวัลเผยแพร่ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ได้รับรางวัล และต้องเป็นไปตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดียที่เกี่ยวข้อง

9. ช่องทางการติดต่ออย่างเป็นทางการและการป้องกันการหลอกลวง

เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้เข้าร่วม VE/LA จะไม่มีการเรียกเก็บเงินหรือขอข้อมูลการชำระเงิน ข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร ข้อมูลบัตรเครดิต รหัสผ่าน รหัสยืนยันตัวตน หรือข้อมูลบัญชีใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการชำระเงินหรือบัญชีผู้ใช้งานสำหรับกิจกรรมนี้

VE/LA จะติดต่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลผ่านช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น:

1. Instagram: @velabkk
2. LINE Official Account: @velabkk
3. อีเมล: เฉพาะอีเมลที่ใช้โดเมน @apostofi.com และสามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่าเป็นอีเมลอย่างเป็นทางการ

โปรดระมัดระวังบัญชี ข้อความ เว็บไซต์ หรือบุคคลใด ๆ ที่อ้างว่าเป็นตัวแทนของ VE/LA หรือเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้ผ่านช่องทางอื่น

หากมีผู้ติดต่อท่านโดยอ้างว่าท่านได้รับรางวัล และขอให้ท่านชำระเงิน ให้ข้อมูลธนาคาร ข้อมูลบัตร รหัสผ่าน รหัสยืนยันตัวตน หรือข้อมูลสำคัญอื่นใด โปรดอย่าดำเนินการหรือให้ข้อมูลดังกล่าว

VE/LA จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความสูญเสีย ความเสียหาย หรือค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการติดต่อ การหลอกลวง การแอบอ้าง หรือการกระทำทุจริตโดยบุคคลภายนอกที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจาก VE/LA

10. Instagram

กิจกรรมนี้ไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุน รับรอง ดำเนินการ หรือมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับ Instagram หรือ Meta แต่อย่างใด

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมตกลงที่จะไม่เรียกร้องความรับผิดชอบหรือความรับผิดใด ๆ จาก Instagram หรือ Meta ที่เกิดขึ้นจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้

11. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

VE/LA อาจเก็บรวบรวมและประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ได้รับรางวัลและผู้ร่วมเดินทางเท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับการตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติ การติดต่อ และการจัดเตรียมรางวัล

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจะได้รับการจัดการตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ VE/LA

VE/LA จะไม่ขอรหัสผ่าน ข้อมูลบัตรชำระเงิน หรือข้อมูลรับรองบัญชีผู้ใช้งานเพื่อดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมนี้

12. การเปลี่ยนแปลง การยกเลิก และการตัดสิทธิ์

VE/LA ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข ระงับ หรือยกเลิกกิจกรรม รวมถึงแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ เมื่อมีเหตุอันสมควรเนื่องจากสถานการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของ VE/LA หรือเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

VE/LA อาจตัดสิทธิ์ผู้เข้าร่วมที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข พยายามแทรกแซงหรือบิดเบือนกิจกรรม ให้ข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จหรือทำให้เข้าใจผิด หรือกระทำการใด ๆ ที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นธรรมของกิจกรรม

13. ความรับผิด

ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต VE/LA จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความสูญเสีย ความเสียหาย การบาดเจ็บ ความล่าช้า หรือค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมหรือผู้ได้รับรางวัลอาจได้รับจากการเข้าร่วม การรับ หรือการใช้รางวัล เว้นแต่เป็นความรับผิดที่ไม่สามารถยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมาย

ไม่มีข้อกำหนดใดในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ที่มีเจตนาที่จะยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดที่ไม่สามารถยกเว้นหรือจำกัดได้ตามกฎหมาย

14. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

หากข้อกำหนดใดในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ถูกพิจารณาว่าไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ไม่สมบูรณ์ หรือไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ ข้อกำหนดส่วนที่เหลือจะยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้ต่อไป

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้และตีความตามกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

เรื่องใด ๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้โดยชัดแจ้งในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ ให้ VE/LA เป็นผู้พิจารณาดำเนินการตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
