2. MinimalMeal, Asoke
An omakase style matcha experience run out of a residential lobby rather than a shopfront, booked in advance by direct message. Planning your matcha route
Song Wat Road covers two stops on this list within a few doors of each other, and is worth pairing with Talat Noi and a coffee stop if you are already spending the morning in the old town. Sukhumvit 49 covers another two, an easy pairing with a walk from Thonglor. Ploenchit and Central Embassy round out a third cluster if your day is already routed through that end of Sukhumvit.
If you only have time for one stop, make it haus VE/LA. Everything else on this list is easier to reach once you have a base, and few rooms in the city reward a slow morning the way this one does.
